These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rishfits mobility assessment, custom plans, coaching services, and all related digital products, content, and features delivered through PTFlow (“the App”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the App or any Rishfits services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App or purchase any services.
1. Definitions
- “Intellectual Property” includes: programs, assessments, content, videos, scripts, AI-based assessments, images, and all proprietary materials.
- “Subscription Services” include: access to custom plans, the mobility assessment tools, and ongoing monthly access beyond the initial term.
- “Coaching Services” include: one-on-one coaching, messaging support, guidance, feedback, and all associated materials.
- “Digital Products” include: mobility assessments, custom programs, videos, exercise guides, written content, and in-app features.
- “User,” “you” refers to any individual who purchases or uses the mobility assessment, programs, custom plans, coaching, or the App.
- “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Rishfits and PTFlow.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the services. By using the App, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Offerings
3.1 Mobility Assessment
A digital mobility assessment that analyzes joint positions, movement patterns, and related data to recommend exercises.
3.2 Custom Plans
Personalized mobility or training plans generated based on your assessment results and personal responses.
3.3 Coaching Services
Optional coaching services with a mandatory three-month commitment and a 14-day money-back guarantee (details below).
3.4 Digital Nature
All assessments, plans, and materials are digital and delivered immediately. Please see Section 8 (Refund Policy) for details on refund eligibility.
4. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions
4.1 Mobility Assessment
The Mobility Assessment is a one-time digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. See Section 8 (Refund Policy) for refund eligibility.
4.2 Coaching Services – Three-Month Commitment
- Coaching requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
- See Section 8 (Refund Policy) for money-back guarantee details.
- After the guarantee period, no refunds or cancellations for the remainder of the 3-month term are guaranteed.
- Partial refunds may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
4.3 Post-Commitment Coaching
After the initial 3-month term, ongoing coaching becomes month-to-month and may be cancelled anytime with no penalty.
4.4 Custom Plan Subscription (Three Months Access + Manual Renewal)
- All custom plans include three months of App access.
- After three months, the User will be prompted to continue with a recurring monthly fee.
- Renewal will not occur automatically — the User must manually opt-in.
- If the User does not opt-in, access to the plan and App features may be restricted.
4.5 Stored Payment Information & Consent-Based Billing
When you purchase a mobility assessment or other services, your payment method may be securely stored in your customer portal through our payment processor (Stripe) for your convenience.
- Storage of Payment Information: By completing a purchase, you authorize us to securely store your payment method on file for future transactions.
- Written Consent Required: We will NOT charge your stored payment method for any new services (including coaching subscriptions or plan upgrades) without first obtaining your explicit written consent. This consent may be provided via email, in-app messaging, or other documented written communication.
- Consent-Based Subscription Start: If you express interest in starting a coaching subscription or upgrading your plan, you must provide clear written authorization before any charges are initiated. Once written consent is received, the Company may process the agreed-upon charge using your stored payment method.
- Managing Your Payment Methods: You may view, update, or remove your stored payment methods at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support.
- Revocation of Consent: You may revoke consent for future charges at any time by providing written notice to support@ptflow.io. Revocation does not affect charges already processed or committed subscription terms.
5. No Medical Advice & Liability Limitation
5.1 Not Medical Care
The App, assessment, plans, and coaching:
- do not diagnose conditions,
- are not physical therapy, chiropractic care, or medical treatment, and
- do not replace clinical judgment.
5.2 Physical Assumption of Risk
By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree that you are voluntarily choosing to participate.
5.3 Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
- injuries,
- health complications,
- damages, or
- losses arising from participation in programs, exercises, or coaching.
You agree to consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
6. Intellectual Property & Unauthorized Use
6.1 Ownership
All content, including:
- mobility assessments,
- exercise videos,
- personalized plans,
- app screens,
- written text,
- designs,
- AI-generated insights,
- tools, instructions, and any future additions
is the exclusive property of Rishfits/PTFlow.
6.2 Prohibition on Sharing or Reselling
Users may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, upload, or share access with any third party.
- Share programs, screenshots, videos, or materials externally.
- Provide login access or copy content for unauthorized use.
6.3 Legal Remedies
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing constitutes IP infringement. The Company reserves the right to:
- pursue legal action,
- seek damages,
- terminate access without refund, or
- issue cease-and-desist notices.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Not misuse the App or coaching services.
- Use the content solely for personal, non-commercial fitness improvement.
- Immediately report unauthorized access or security concerns.
8. Refund Policy
The following refund policies apply to Rishfits and PTFlow products and services:
8.1 Mobility Assessment ($10)
The Mobility Assessment is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, the Mobility Assessment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
8.2 Training App Plans & Coaching Plans (Initial Purchase)
All Training App Plans and Coaching Plans come with a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of purchase.
- If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted to support@ptflow.io within the 14-day window.
- After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the initial commitment period.
8.3 Recurring Subscriptions (After Initial Commitment)
For recurring subscription charges that occur after your initial 3-month or quarterly commitment period:
- Refund requests must be submitted to support@ptflow.io within 7 days of the charge date to be eligible for a refund.
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
- To avoid future charges, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting support before the next billing cycle.
8.4 How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
Please include your name, email address associated with your account, and the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
9. AI Usage Disclosure
9.1 Use of AI Within the App
The App uses AI-powered tools to:
- analyze joint angles,
- interpret movement patterns,
- generate assessment insights, and
- improve accuracy and reliability over time.
9.2 Data Used for AI Improvement
The Company does NOT use your personal data, identity, or private messages to train any third-party AI models.
However, to maintain and improve the accuracy of the mobility assessment tool, the App may use non-identifiable movement metrics, such as:
- joint angle measurements,
- anonymized video frames or images,
- anonymized assessment outputs,
- general movement pattern statistics.
This data is processed internally only and never sold or shared.
9.3 No AI Training on Personal Content
Your personal information, coaching messages, conversations, logs, or custom plan details are not used to train external AI models and are never sold.
10. Privacy & Data Handling
10.1 No Selling of Data
We do not sell, trade, or rent User data.
10.2 Limited Internal Use
Data may be used strictly for:
- delivering services,
- improving assessment accuracy,
- app functionality,
- customer service, and
- compliance with law.
10.3 Security
We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Cancellation & Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a User:
- violates these Terms,
- engages in abusive behavior,
- commits payment fraud, or
- violates IP policies.
No refunds will be issued for terminations due to violations.
Users may cancel:
- monthly subscriptions anytime,
- coaching after the 3-month commitment, and
- must do so through the App or by contacting support.
12. No Guarantee of Results
All fitness results vary. The Company does not guarantee:
- specific improvements,
- pain relief,
- physical outcomes, or
- performance changes.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in California.
